This sapphic sci-fi retelling of Jonah and the whale will keep you on the edge of your seat…

Essyria

In a galaxy torn by war, only a prophecy can unite them—but at what cost?

Jona, a dedicated lieutenant in the Revelation militia, is thrust into an unwanted role as a prophet when she receives a vision warning of Essyria’s impending doom. Not wanting to abandon her military duties, she ignores the vision.

In Essyria, Queen Suma and Princess Bani are carefully working on the precarious diplomacy with the powerful Chaldean empire. When Revelation is bombed, Suma and Bani rescue Jona and her sister Nike. To secure diplomatic protection, Suma proposes marriage to Jona. However, at their wedding, Jona discovers Essyria’s dark secret: human sacrifice. Determined to escape, Jona, Suma, Nike, and Bani set out for Chaldea, only to be captured and returned.

As Jona grudgingly delivers her prophecy to Essyria, the group faces relentless attacks from Chaldea and kidnapping attempts from Scythia. In the chaos, Suma realizes the far-reaching consequences of Essyria’s turmoil and makes a heart-wrenching decision.
